Practice Telluride is a curated space dedicated to the art of alignment. We offer both regularly scheduled public classes, as well personalized small group and private appointments.

How to Practice:

Pre-registration is encouraged for all drop-in classes at this time. Please visit our schedule to book your class.
Please bring your own clean mat. Don’t worry, we got you if you’re visiting or just having one of those days.

We are located on the east end of town, on the sunny side of the street. Lucky for us there is usually ample parking right in front of the studio.

Our impact matters. We installed a touchless hand dryer so we can try to get away from paper towels and are using bamboo TP. The bathroom has been freshly renovated and is ADA-compliant.

We are in love with our water filter. Bring your favorite bottle and fill. We really want to do our part and try to reduce the use of plastics in and out of the studio.

We installed a special filter in the HVAC system as well as two air purifiers in the front and back of the studio. The studio will be professionally deep-cleaned weekly and cleaned regularly between classes.

We love our community. At Practice, you’ll find the best hand sanitizer from Medicine Ranch and weekly bouquets from Flowers by Ella. We love the clean candles from Goodlight, a Telluride company.

From day one, top to bottom, and beginning to end we have had an amazing group of people working on the studio led by Pete Garber + Raegan Ellease at CCS Construction. The remodel of the studio was its own practice and we were excited to do it. We hope you enjoy this space and that it allows you to connect to your practice in a deep and meaningful way.
