Alyssa Saunders
Alyssa Saunders has been a staple in the Telluride movement space for 23+ years and in fitness world since she was 16. She has most of her career as a Personal Trainer, in addition to teaching a variety of fitness and yoga classes. She holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and Fitness Management and has applied that knowledge to her clients, classes, and to owning her own studio from 2016-2002, the Pedal Den.
She loves weaving in the many elements of her practices and experience through the years to help her students and clients achieve their healthiest and most balanced selves. Her classes touch on not only the physical, but mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of oneself for a Holistic approach to fitness.
In addition to her love of movement, Alyssa loves to hike, bike, ski, and drive all over the state to support her 2 hockey players!
