What is Practice?
Jess sees the chance to work with you as an opportunity to help you feel embodied. She gets you into the nooks and crannies of yourself. And leads you towards finding and feeling natural alignment via anatomy, breathing, sequence design and structural cues. Jess does not teach any one method or style since everybody and all bodies need and crave different modalities. She teaches people not just poses and is really best matched with students that want to learn “how“ to feel and move better.
Life can be complex, our bodies and their patterns can be complex, Practice is the tools and techniques that support you in your day-to-day and hopefully spark a sense of lightness.
Why Practice?
Why not? And you’re worth it, and it works if you work it, so work it you’re worth it.
